Terms & Conditions
Please note that none of the below affects your statutory rights.
It may help to know that Treefrog is made up of two people, Martin and Julia. Martin does the design stuff and Julia does everything else. We are not a big corporation with staff sitting around waiting to answer the phone.
All of our shipping is handled by the Royal Mail, at least at our end. Unless otherwise stated all goods are sent 1st class within the UK, or airmail if outside of the UK. It is not possible to track or trace orders that have been sent in this manner.
Residents of South Korea and Brazil are charged a higher shipping so that parcels can be sent ‘Signed For’. This is due to the high number of packages that were not safely delivered in the past.
You should allow thirty days for delivery from the date of shipping, which will be stated in your order comfirmation. If you have not received your order by then then please contact Julia at
We will do our best to solve the issue. If necessary we will despatch the order again at no charge. From experience we know that all sorts of things can occur to delay the delivery of packages.
All games are shipped directly from our warehouse. Royal Mail collect on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, so an order that arrives on Friday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Also note that at times orders cannot be shipped if we are away at a games event. We will place a note on our website to let you know when we are not able to handle orders.
Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
You can cancel an order if you do so before it is despatched. You will receive a full refund.
If you are not happy with the product you can return it within seven days and receive a full refund.
If your order is damaged in any way then you can contact us and we will supply whatever is required to make your product complete and pristine, all free of charge.
If there are pieces or components missing or damaged from a game then email Julia and replacement pieces will be sent free of charge.
We offer a pre order system for certain limited products so that we can better measure potential demand. If you pre-order with your credit card payment will only be taken at the time that the game is shipped. You can cancel your pre-order up to this point.
Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are handled by PayPal, who operate a secure system. We never see your details, so cannot accidently pass them on. Please make sure you never include your credit card details in an email.
